The vision behind ‘new hope’.

We at ‘new hope’ would like to be the recruitment and problem solving solutions company for the 21st century and beyond. Based on the government’s initiative to promote independency, we found it of paramount importance to educate people who provide domiciliary care to service users in the comfort of their own homes. Our motto is “Pen is mightier than sword and knowledge is power.”

We would like to become the main Training provider for Health Care in the 21st century and beyond. This is basically based on our initiative to invest in training and development of all dorm care staff. Our vision is to have offices in all cities of the United Kingdom and expand to the outside world. We aim to recruit professional staff with relevant qualifications.

Training which the founder of ‘new hope’ had to go through.

The inspiration behind starting ‘new hope’.

Having worked as Support Worker in the West Midlands, I was supporting people with Mental Health problems, both Learning and Physical Disabilities and other people who were in need of some assistance in both Birmingham and Sandwell and have noted that there is a lot I can offer especially to those who need to live in the comfort of their own homes either on a short term basis or a long term. I have the feeling of helping and I love helping and I feel blessed to lead in helping others, as I might need the same help in my life.

Service Users have the right to life and need respect like anyone else.

“As a Christian, I realised that there are many people from different walks of life who have problems in getting work because of less experience. Many of the training providers were so expensive and based on the experience that I, myself had when I came to this country, I found there to be need to assist the country by providing adequate training at an affordable price. We walk by Faith not only Sight for we believe that our tomorrow is brighter.

Many staff provided by other providers do not have the qualifications or enough training especially to look after vulnerable adults and I strongly feel that is where I make a difference with other Providers. I believe in equipping someone with the right knowledge for them to carryout their work professionally and confidently without taking putting Service Users’ lives at risks. We believe in investing in training and equipping our workers with the right skills for specific assignments. By this, we show our valuing other people’s lives.

That is what inspired Patrick & Cynthia Cheza to start ‘New hope’.
